Before the U.S. releases its investigation findings, or if the results show no violations or compliance lapses, BNB price is expected to continue rebounding and strengthening, initiating a medium- to long-term upward trend.

However, if U.S. authorities determine that Binance committed severe violations and announce additional criminal charges, it would present a major bearish catalyst. The Binance platform could experience short-term net capital outflows, with funds flowing into decentralized exchanges (DEXs) or compliant competitors like Coinbase. Meanwhile, panic selling of BNB in the market would be inevitable, driving its price back down toward the bottom near $530. Although this scenario is less likely, it is still necessary to guard against such black swan events.
