One of my biggest investments is a small-cap homebuilder that's down more than 50% over the past year. It's an aggressive, higher-risk position, and I'm completely comfortable with that, for a specific reason I'll walk you through in this video. Here's the full bull case for Dream Finders Homes (NYSE: DFH), why I'm willing to take on more risk here for a shot at more reward, and an honest warning about who should not own this stock.
