According to disclosure documents, Pelosi purchased 10,000 shares of Intel stock on July 24, with a transaction value between $500,000 and $1 million; on the same day, she bought 50 call options with a strike price of $50, expiring on June 17, 2027. Intel-related transactions involved a total of $750,000 to $1.5 million. Pelosi had previously purchased Intel call options in May, making this an addition to her position.

Transactions involving Bloom Energy were even more intensive: on July 24, Pelosi bought 10,000 Class A common shares for the first time, with a transaction value between $1 million and $5 million; on the same day, she bought 100 call options with a strike price of $100, expiring on June 17, 2027.

Four days later on July 28, she further increased her position with 5,000 shares and 100 call options under the same terms. Across the two transactions, Pelosi holds 15,000 shares of stock and 200 call options, with a declared value range of $3 million to $12 million.

It is reported that Bloom Energy specializes in solid oxide fuel cell systems, providing on-site clean electricity for facilities such as data centers. The expansion of AI computing power has increased electricity demand for data centers, driving growth in the company's product orders. Second-quarter revenue reached $1.065 billion, up 165.5% year-over-year, surpassing $1 billion for the first time. The company simultaneously raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion. The "Power Connect" system launched on August 19 can shorten equipment installation time by more than 40%.

As for Intel, the company's second-quarter revenue reached $16.1 billion, up 25% year-over-year, marking its fastest growth rate since 2011. Among this, revenue from the Data Center and AI Group reached $6.3 billion, up 59% year-over-year.

CEO Lip-Bu Tan said on the earnings call that AI is driving unprecedented demand for computing power, and the industry is facing one of the most severe supply shortages in history. The company has announced an increase in its full-year capital expenditure to over $20 billion.

However, valuations for both stocks remain at high levels. Bloom Energy's P/E ratio exceeds 270 times, with a year-to-date gain of over 100%; Intel's year-to-date gain exceeds 130%, though its stock price has pulled back from a periodic high of $104.56 touched in mid-August.

Target prices for Bloom Energy range from $105 to $354, showing significant divergence among institutions. Pelosi's position-building provided a short-term boost to the stock price, but high valuations mean that future trends remain subject to high uncertainty.
