On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Oct. 27, 2026, Euronet (NASDAQ:EEFT) revised its full-year revenue outlook to $4.375 billion due to persistent cross-border remittance headwinds. The underlying expansion of digital channels shows that customer adoption is shifting toward higher-margin software and automated teller machine, or ATM, network processing.
Three statements from management highlight where the business is headed.
U.S. immigration policy enforcement reduced outbound transfer volume in physical corridors. Euronet offset part of this pressure through fast-growing digital products, including Dandelion, its cross-border payout network, and CoreCard, its credit card issuing and processing software platform.
Through the first 9 months of the year, digital accelerators grew approximately 33% well ahead of the growth rate we outlined for 2026 during our Investor Day.

Banks face rising costs to operate cash infrastructure and maintain recycling equipment. Euronet plans to integrate its Ren transaction processing platform with Diebold Nixdorf's field hardware to manage self-service banking terminals worldwide.
Financial institutions around the world continue to look for ways to reduce operating cost, improve efficiency, and get more value from their ATM networks.

Digital payment start-ups can build mobile applications, but they struggle to match physical distribution networks. Euronet connects 650,000 retail agent locations with 7.6 billion digital bank and wallet accounts to capture both payment types.
Many competitors are focused on just the digital side of the market, and entrance to the physical space would require a significant investment and would face high barriers to entry.

Cross-border payment corridors show subtle signs of stabilization following sequential quarterly improvements.
On a sequential basis, third quarter constant currency revenue declined 4%, a slight improvement from the 5% decline we reported in the second quarter.

Physical location density and broad bank connections provide structural advantages as travel and remittance spending recover.
As near term pressures within cross-border payments eventually normalize, we believe these growth platforms position Euronet well to deliver sustainable growth expand profitability, and create long term value for shareholders.
