-- Gail Boudreaux, President and Chief Executive Officer
Integrating pharmacy benefits with medical coverage creates tangible savings for employer groups. Lower total care expenses help Elevance win and retain large commercial accounts.
What we have seen is, as we integrate medical and pharmacy, our members are benefiting by saving up to $100 per member per month.

Medical cost trends remain stable across Medicaid and commercial lines, while rate updates support ongoing margin expansion. Elevance leverages its scale across health plans and digital platforms to improve pricing discipline and medical cost control.
As we extend these solutions across our health plans and to external clients, we expect to improve medical cost management, increase operating leverage, and deliver greater value for those we serve.
-- Gail Boudreaux, President and Chief Executive Officer
Management expects broad-based operating improvement to carry momentum into future periods across its entire health benefits portfolio.
