This week, Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) unveiled its Apple Home Collection, which includes nine smart home accessories. The lineup is in collaboration with LG Electronics and Schneider Electric. Some accessories will be available starting in December, with the rest coming in early 2027.

The consumer relationship is deepened tremendously with these home accessories. The home camera's footage is even stored in the user's iCloud. This will give Apple another meaningful revenue stream with limited risk because of the outside manufacturing deal.

Wall Street was disappointed by Apple's conservative fourth-quarter growth guidance of 9% to 11%, but this new home lineup should give long-term investors another reason to remain bullish. This is also an important move for the new CEO, John Ternus, as he faces pressure to innovate and release new Apple products.

The Apple Home Collection will boost the company's Services revenue over the coming years and lock customers into its growing ecosystem. While the stock is at an all-time high and its market cap is hovering around $5 trillion, Apple is still one of the best technology investments available.

But according to our analysts, we’re only at the end of "Act 1"—the R&D phase. "Act 2" is the global rollout, a massive technology build-out that Google’s CEO says could be more profound than fire or electricity.

While everyone watches the chip designers, one "backbone" company provides the critical technology that Nvidia and AMD literally cannot function without. We’ve detailed this under-the-radar player in our new AI Playbook.
