Nvidia (NVDA) major announcement fueled the AI ​​boom, with its stock price closing up over 6%. The news of its entry into the PC chip market triggered a chain reaction: Intel (INTC) fell nearly 5%, Qualcomm (QCOM) plummeted nearly 9%; PC manufacturers Dell (DELL) and HP (HPQ) surged over 10% and 8.5% respectively, and Arm (ARM) rose nearly 16%. Server giant HPE saw its revenue surge 40% last quarter, with profits far exceeding expectations, prompting it to significantly raise its guidance for the current fiscal year. Following in the footsteps of Dell and Lenovo, HPE stock price rose nearly 40% in after-hours trading. The strong results indicate continued strong demand in the server market.

A gas leak occurred at SK Hynix chip factory in South Korea, prompting the evacuation of 3,600 people and injuring six.SK Hynix stated that production at the affected factory will not be interrupted and that the exact cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
