Amdocs signed an 8-year strategic agreement with AT&T.
Amdocs acquired insurance software company EIS for $340 million in cash.
Management projects fiscal 2027 revenue to decline 7% to 11% pro forma.
On its fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 earnings call, held on Nov. 3, 2026, Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) announced an 8-year strategic agreement with AT&T to deploy its new artificial intelligence software platform. The update reveals how the provider of managed services, multiyear contracts where the company runs customer billing and IT operations, is navigating customer concentration risks. Three things management said stand out.
The long-term agreement with its largest customer validates the new Amdocs Agentic Operating System (AOS), a software platform that automates complex telecom operations using artificial intelligence agents.
We signed an 8-year strategic agreement with AT&T, our largest customer. The strategic agreement is designed to accelerate the transformation of their business by adopting our agentic technology in combination with AT&T's leading AI capabilities.
-- Shimie Hortig, President and Chief Executive Officer
To expand beyond its core telecommunications market, the business purchased EIS, a provider of core software platforms for insurance carriers, to establish a second major growth engine.
Executing on our strategy, I'm pleased to announce today that Amdocs has acquired EIS for $340 million in cash. EIS is a leading provider of agentic insurance core systems platforms spanning policy, billing, claims and customer engagement.

A legal conflict with T-Mobile, a key customer, forced management to issue conservative guidance expecting fiscal 2027 revenue to shrink despite mid-single-digit expansion across the rest of the business.
At the same time, we are facing major headwinds due to the situation we have with T-Mobile. This is an isolated situation with a large customer, resulting in a significant decline in our revenue and profitability outlook for next year.
-- Shimie Hortig, President and Chief Executive Officer
Growth outside the T-Mobile relationship continues, supported by long-term customer commitments and deep operational integration. Management is tracking contract dispute developments and expansion into insurance software.
Outside of T-Mobile, the rest of Amdocs' business is robust and expected to grow mid-single digits in fiscal 2027.
-- Shimie Hortig, President and Chief Executive Officer
Internal automation tools now reach 10,000 employees, driving efficiency gains designed to support long-term profit recovery.
Based on that, we expect to enter fiscal 2028 positioned for mid-single-digit revenue growth, high-single-digit growth in non-GAAP diluted EPS, and a steadily rising dividend.
