XRP has reclaimed the $1.30 level on November 4 as wallets holding at least 1 million tokens reached a yearly high. Does this signal a major breakout for the altcoin?
While XRP charts look resilient, softer US demand and slowing ETF flows could shape the token’s next major move.
A millionaire wallet is an address that holds at least 1 million XRP. Analysts track these wallets because large holders usually invest with longer time horizons.
According to Santiment, these wallets climbed to 2,147, the highest count of 2026. The figure rose by 28 addresses over 10 days, including 18 in the past three days.
Notably, this growth came during a period of relative price weakness. That pattern suggests investors are accumulating balances rather than distributing them:
Network activity also looks resilient. The XRP Ledger added 7,934 new wallets on November 1, its sixth-highest daily total of 2026.
That jump came on a Sunday, despite the recent Binance security incident.
That remains unclear, since US demand signals have cooled noticeably. XRP’s Coinbase Premium Index fell to roughly -0.16%, an eight-month low.
That reading means XRP trades at a discount on Coinbase compared with Binance. In other words, US investors are showing less appetite than offshore traders.
Similarly, spot XRP ETFs recorded only $18.83 million in net inflows in October, according to SoSoValue data.
That marks the smallest monthly total since January and trails September’s $121.40 million.
November has started quietly as well. The funds posted a small $529,510 outflow on November 2, followed by zero net flows on November 3.
Still, total net assets rose to $1.46 billion, while cumulative inflows held at $1.81 billion.
Meanwhile, XRP’s market cap stands near $83 billion, with about 63.35 billion tokens circulating.
For now, the next move depends on whether accumulation continues. Rising whale balances look constructive, but weaker US flows could cap gains near resistance.
