Constant-currency revenue grew 17% year over year in Q3.
HubSpot added 5,300 net new customers in the third quarter.
Non-GAAP operating margin expanded 3 percentage points to 23%.
On its third-quarter 2026 earnings conference call, held on Nov. 4, 2026, HubSpot (NYSE:HUBS) reported constant-currency revenue growth of 17% year over year. As artificial intelligence transforms how customer relationship software creates value, understanding how the business adapts pricing and product delivery is critical for shareholders.
Three things management said stand out.
HubSpot is adjusting its pricing by combining fixed seat costs with usage-based credits for its artificial intelligence tools. This strategy aims to lower initial pricing barriers for smaller accounts while capturing upside as clients consume more automated services over time.
Seat because it provides access to platform AI and data for anybody within a go-to-market team and credit because it scales with the AI value and the customer outcomes that we deliver.
-- Yamini Rangan, Chief Executive Officer
Macroeconomic pressures and artificial intelligence evaluation criteria are altering client purchasing behavior across market tiers. Larger enterprise accounts require broader executive approval, while smaller businesses are more sensitive to overall software expenditures.
Upmarket, we're seeing larger buying committees, more CEO, CTO and Board involvement and therefore, longer sales cycles. Down market, customers are more price-sensitive and focused on optimizing costs.
-- Yamini Rangan, Chief Executive Officer
Management is prioritizing long-term platform adoption over short-term net additions, which measure net new customer expansion. A structural reorganization implemented in October reallocates resources toward artificial intelligence capabilities and employee retention.
Given the transition we are driving across product, pricing and go-to-market, we are prioritizing setting the business up for long-term growth rather than solving for short-term net adds.
-- Kathryn Bueker, Chief Financial Officer
Artificial intelligence adoption is accelerating across the platform, as evidenced by higher retention and deeper data integration. Leadership is watching pricing discipline and sales execution during this multiyear shift.
We're making deliberate trade-offs to build a stronger, faster growing and more profitable HubSpot for the longer term. We have a clear strategy. We're executing with urgency and we are confident in the opportunity ahead.

Disciplined cost management reinforces multiyear margin targets.
We remain confident in delivering our 2027 non-GAAP operating margin target of 23% to 24% and our long-term profitability targets we shared at Analyst Day at UNBOUND.
