On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Oct. 27, 2026, Manhattan (NASDAQ:MANH) reported that cloud revenue grew 28% year over year. Software subscription momentum and expanding platform options give the business durable revenue visibility as customers transition from legacy on-premises systems. Three things management said stand out.

1. Artificial Intelligence Pilots Are Converting Into Subscriptions

Embedded software tools give customers immediate operational gains without requiring complex external database construction. Every customer trying out the intelligence features has signed on for full software access.

And while it remains early, we are maintaining our 100% conversion success from AI pilot to AI subscription.
-- Eric Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

2. Tiered Platform Packaging Opens Up a Broader Customer Base

New software packaging tiers let smaller supply chains buy into the platform while giving larger customers clear upgrade paths. This structure expands the reachable client market and shortens initial sales discussions.

We launched Editions in Q3 to make our market leading technology available to a much wider array of customers.
-- Eric Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

3. Partner Ecosystem Investments Are Multiplying Deal Pipelines

System integrators and consulting partners are hiring specialized talent to sell and deploy the software. This indirect distribution network brings in new contract opportunities at a faster pace than direct sales alone.

That momentum has continued in Q3 and our year to date partner source deals are up more than 4x over last year.
-- Eric Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

Looking Ahead

Quarterly cloud performance continues to accelerate across all geographic regions, and management is openly highlighting its operational execution. Software integration tools and partner distribution channels create long-term competitive advantages. Investors are watching implementation speed and pricing discipline as midsize contracts ramp up.

The team is really firing on all cylinders and we are proud of where we are and excited about where we are headed.
-- Eric Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer

Contract expansions and platform upgrades position the company to capture growing demand across global logistics operations.

Manhattan's business fundamentals are very solid as our team remains focused on delivering market leading innovation and exceptional results to our customers.
-- Eric Clark, President and Chief Executive Officer
