Crocs raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to approximately 3% growth.
HeyDude brand revenue increased 6% in the third quarter.
Crocs repurchased 2 million shares for $250 million during the quarter.
On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Oct. 29, 2026, Crocs (NASDAQ:CROX) announced enterprise revenue grew 5% to over $1 billion. The footwear maker expanded operating margins while reigniting revenue growth in HeyDude, its casual footwear brand. Three takeaways from the call stand out for long-term investors.
The brand generated 6% revenue growth, driven by a 14% increase in wholesale sales, which refers to selling goods through retail partners. Profitability improved after management cleared excess inventory and reduced promotional discounting.
This quarter marks an important inflection for the HeyDude brand, with revenue growth of 6%, which is a direct result of our clear consumer focus and execution against our three-pillar growth strategy.
-- Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer
Crocs' international revenue expanded 12%, powered by a 24% jump in direct-to-consumer sales made through company stores and websites. Beyond classic clogs, new sandal lines and sport-inspired silhouettes continue gaining market share across key global markets.
International revenue increased approximately 12%, including growth in all of our tier 1 markets. Our international performance was led by the direct-to-consumer channel, up 24%, which included broad-based growth across marketplaces, retail, and our own .com.
-- Patraic Reagan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Management repurchased $250 million worth of shares during the quarter while maintaining leverage at the low end of its target range. The long-term repurchase program has reduced total outstanding shares by 37% over the past decade.
Importantly, over the last decade, we have taken our powerful value creation engine and returned meaningful cash to shareholders with approximately $3 billion of share repurchases and 37% reduction in share count.
-- Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer
Sales momentum is building across both footwear lines. This momentum supports higher full-year revenue expectations. A low-cost manufacturing model, strong pricing discipline, and expanding international scale provide durable operational advantages. Management is watching wholesale partner reorders and direct-to-consumer traffic trends.
As a result, we are raising our full year 2026 revenue guidance from up 1%-2% to up approximately 3%.
-- Andrew Rees, Chief Executive Officer
Long-term value creation rests on executing this expansion strategy while maintaining financial discipline.
We remain confident in the long-term trajectory of both of our brands and are committed to executing against our strategic pillars to drive diversified growth.
