Cardano Price Prediction: As Analysts Warn Of Big Correction, Investors Rotate To New ADA Rival Tipped For Insane Growth

Source Cryptopolitan

Cardano (ADA) has seen bearish pressure rise as technical metrics suggest a storm could be brewing. Alarms have been sounded on a bear pennant pattern on the 4-hour chart, which could spark a 35% drop toward $0.464 if the support at $0.70 fails. The inability of the token to break above the $0.75 resistance region combined with whale wallets cashing out over 2 million ADA within a week highlight declining sentiment.

At the same time, Cardano’s decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem seems fragile, with little-to-no growth in total value locked (TVL) as it remains stranded at $360 million. But uncertainty remains and investors are turning to other options. Such as presale-stage DeFi project Mutuum Finance (MUTM), which is attracting attention for its innovative approach to lending and similarly ambitious growth expectations.

Mutuum Finance Presale

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is now in the third stage of its presale which comprises eleven stages in total and has already attracted more than 6,600 holders while raising $4.8 million since launch. At $0.02, so far 70% sell out of Phase 3, as buyers expect the next phase to see the price jump by 25% to $0.025. This positions early participants to reap a 200% ROI upon launch, with MUTM’s tokenomics pricing its exchange debut at $0.06.

On top of that, analysts theorize a skyward movement to $1.50 once listed—7,400% higher than the existing presale cost—underpinned by its lending utilities and buy-pressure systems.

Urgency is amplified by the structured presale strategy of the project. With each phase, the token cost increases, providing early participants with immediate paper profits as the stages turn on one after the other. Now that Phase 3 is almost full, the opportunity to buy tokens at just $0.02 is closing fast. As ADA craters, investors are pivoting to MUTM, attracted by its guaranteed installation ROI curve and speculative volatility-free nature.

Model of Lending Fuels Sustainable Demand

Below: Mutuum Finance: a decentralized lending protocol with a vision toward stability. Users deposit ETH, stable coins, etc. and earn interest on mtTokens (mtETH, etc.) that appreciate over time. To access loans, borrowers overcollateralize holdings, which reduces default risks while still allowing for liquidity. A peer-to-peer (P2P) lending functionality adds even more to the utility, allowing users to negotiate directly for niche assets such as meme coins.

This generates constant buy pressure preventing sell-offs and rewarding long-term holders. Coupled with a $100,000 presale giveaway for early participants, the ecosystem strikes a balance between instant gratification and long-term appreciation, unlike ADA, whose value isn’t necessarily correlated to adoption, and is instead subject to market sentiment.

Security and Roadmap Provides Steadfast Confidence

CertiK will complete its audit of Mutuum Finance smart contracts in the near future which should enhance investor trust factors. After completion the audit results will be shared officially to enhance transparency. The audit supports plan creation for issuing overcollateralized stablecoins which expands DeFi integration but preserves decentralized characteristics.

Mutuum Finance delivered an actual protection solution for ADA investors who encountered unfavorable market conditions. The platform offers pre-listing product sales methods that guarantee investor rewards when sales begin and provides future forecasting which suggests significant financial potential. Later entry into the investment opportunity puts you at risk of missing out on the most favorable price because Phase 3 allocations are running out and Phase 4 will increase in value soon.

Switching Over from Volatility to Value

While Cardano fights to regain key moving averages, the incoming trajectory of Mutuum Finance’s presale reflects the prudent movements of investors seeking fundamentals rather than hype. With a scarcity-oriented model for tokenomics, and focus on real-world lending use cases, MUTM stands poised to be a real contender for inclusion during DeFi growth in 2025.

Mutuum Finance’s audit completion and stablecoin rollout will be announced imminently. Follow their social channels for updates, and consider securing tokens before Phase 3 closes. The next price increase waits for no one.

Bitcoin briefly loses 2025 gains as crypto plunges over the weekend.Bitcoin experienced a sharp decline this weekend, briefly erasing its 2025 gains and dipping below its year-opening value of $93,507. The cryptocurrency fell to a low of $93,029 on Sunday, representing a 25% drop from its all-time high in October. Although it has rebounded slightly to around $94,209, the pressures on the market remain significant. The downturn occurred despite the reopening of the U.S. government on Thursday, which many had hoped would provide essential support for crypto markets. This year initially appeared promising for cryptocurrencies, particularly after the inauguration of President Donald Trump, who has established the most pro-crypto administration thus far. However, ongoing political tensions—including Trump's tariff strategies and the recent government shutdown, lasting a historic 43 days—have contributed to several rapid price pullbacks for Bitcoin throughout the year. Market dynamics are also being influenced by Bitcoin whales—investors holding large amounts of Bitcoin—who have been offloading portions of their assets, consequently stalling price rallies even as positive regulatory developments emerge. Despite these sell-offs, analysts from Glassnode argue that this behavior aligns with typical patterns seen among long-term investors during the concluding stages of bull markets, suggesting it is not indicative of a mass exodus. Notably, Bitcoin is not alone in its struggles, as Ethereum and Solana have also recorded declines of 7.95% and 28.3%, respectively, since the start of the year, while numerous altcoins have faced even steeper losses. Looking ahead, questions linger regarding the viability of the four-year cycle thesis, particularly given the increasing institutional support and regulatory frameworks now in place in the crypto landscape. Matt Hougan, chief investment officer at Bitwise, remains optimistic, suggesting a potential Bitcoin resurgence in 2026 driven by the “debasement trade” thesis and a broader trend toward increased adoption of stablecoins, tokenization, and decentralized finance. Hougan emphasized the soundness of the underlying fundamentals, pointing to a positive outlook for the sector in the longer term.
