3 Reasons why Ripple (XRP) Holders are selling and getting into BinoFi (BINO)

The idea of cryptocurrencies is centered around decentralization. Crypto projects such as Ripple have attempted to capitalize on blockchain technology to allow Web3 users to conduct on-chain activities without the interference and limitations of traditional finance applications. However, centralization is still a major concern in DeFi projects. This is why XRP investors have considered shifting to BinoFi for the long term.

Ripple investors sell XRP to buy BINO’s presale due to centralization concerns

XRP is one of the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. According to data from crypto data aggregator CoinMarketCap, the digital asset ranks as the third largest coin by market cap, trailing behind Bitcoin and Ethereum. The project came into the limelight after a years-long legal battle with the U.S. regulators under the previous administration.

Trump’s administration promised to support the crypto industry’s growth and development, and the U.S. president’s words during his campaigns have aged well and projects like XRP will be included in the U.S. Treasury’s strategic crypto reserve.

Despite the news, XRP holders are eying a new DeFi protocol with the potential to outperform Ripple’s native crypto asset in 2025. Many have expressed centralization concerns in Ripple’s ecosystem. Ripple holds a large supply of XRP and controls the network’s development. Ripple holders believe the company could influence the price and future of XRP.

On the other hand, BinoFi is offering investors a golden opportunity to participate in the early development stages of a decentralized high-utility project. Contrary to Ripple, the DeFi protocol has centered its tokenomics and operations on decentralization. BinoFi has a maximum BINO token supply of 2 billion minted ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain, with 43% available for public sale.

The majority of the token supply has been allocated to the protocol’s ongoing presale showing the developers’ commitment to decentralization. The team has allocated 43% or 860 million BINO tokens to the public sale meaning that investors will own the majority of the tokens. Unlike XRP, the BinoFi team and its advisors will only receive 2% of the total token supply equivalent to 40 million BINO tokens. This represents the least allocation for the entire BINO token supply.

XRP holders are looking for small-cap projects with massive growth potential

Timing is key when investing in crypto assets. The most gains are witnessed when an investment is made early on as the project maneuvers through its early development stages. Some XRP holders have realized investing in BinoFi has more potential than holding XRP tokens. Although XRP still has the potential to grow, BINO promises more returns to investors and serves a broader market than Ripple.

BinoFi is conducting an inclusive presale allowing investors to grab BINO tokens at massively discounted prices. The current price of BINO is $0.020 but the team has set a launch price of $0.30.

When the project launches, phase 1 participants will have made 1200% of their invested capital. XRP would need to surge to a market cap of 2 trillion for its holders to witness the same gains.

BinoFi’s massive utility draws XRP investors

High-utility crypto projects are more favorable to investors. BinoFi is attempting to revolutionize crypto trading with modern technological applications. The DeFi protocol’s developers have unlocked a way of merging vital features of CEXs and DEXs in one platform to suit the investment needs of all market participants.

XRP is mainly inclined to facilitate cross-border payments for institutions. However, BinoFi’s ecosystem is designed to serve both retail and institutional investors. The protocol’s hybrid ecosystem will ensure retail traders maintain self-custody of their assets while institutional investors gain access to large liquidity pools when executing transactions.

Being an exchange, BinoFi will combine liquidity from centralized order books and decentralized liquidity pools to ensure institutional-size orders are filled instantaneously and under low-slippage trading conditions.
