On July 27, Eastern Time, AI giant Nvidia ( NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang once again called for the establishment of the "Open Safe AI Coalition," emphasizing its critical significance. As of press time, Nvidia's stock price was up 0.6%, temporarily trading at $208.09.
An hour ago, Jensen Huang reposted an open letter released by Nvidia, with the caption: "Attackers have frontier AI. Defenders need a frontier AI ecosystem—blending the best of open and closed models, with the global community collaborating to amplify its power."@

On July 24, Jensen Huang joined the X platform for the first time, and his very first tweet called for the establishment of an AI coalition. As of now, approximately 37 companies have signed the open letter, including Nvidia, Meta ( META ), Microsoft ( MSFT, Palantir ( PLTR ), IBM Corp ( IBM ), Cisco ( CSCO ), Adobe ( ADBE ), SpaceX ( SPCX ), and so on. However, the three major US closed-source frontier AI labs, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google ( GOOG) have yet to join the camp.
