On the Eve of COMPUTEX, NVIDIA Unveils NVLink Fusion to Unlock the Global AI Computing 'Acceleration Code’

TradingKey - On the eve of the Taipei International Computer Show (COMPUTEX 2025), American chip giant NVIDIA (NVDA) announced on Monday that it will open its proprietary chip interconnect technology, NVLink Fusion, to other chip design companies.

NVIDIA unveiled a new version of its NVLink technology, NVLink Fusion, on Monday. This technology is designed to significantly enhance inter-chip communication speed by efficiently connecting multiple chips and helping customers build more powerful customized artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

At the COMPUTEX Tech Conference, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated, "AI has triggered a new industrial revolution; science and industry will undergo transformation." The unveiling of NVLink Fusion is a new step taken by NVIDIA to promote this transformation.

Industry analysts believe that the opening of NVLink Fusion technology will accelerate the development of global AI computing systems and further solidify NVIDIA's dominance in the AI chip ecosystem—estimates indicate that NVIDIA's market share in the data center AI chip sector has surpassed 80%.
