Can real estate and Bitcoin together bring big returns? Grant Cardone explains

Grant Cardone advocates combining real estate and Bitcoin. By using real estate cash flow to buy Bitcoin, he opines that investors benefit from Bitcoin’s price swings while protecting against inflation. His Bitcoin Real Estate Fund has raised $87.5M in real estate and $15M in Bitcoin, with plans to expand.

Cardone, a well-known entrepreneur and real estate investor, in a recent X post, mentioned that he has adopted Bitcoin as part of his investment strategy. He believes that the combination of real estate and Bitcoin could lead to massive returns for investors.

Real estate and Bitcoin combined

Cardone said his new strategy combines high-quality real estate investments with Bitcoin. The idea involves purchasing cash-flow-positive real estate (like apartment buildings) and using the cash flow to invest in Bitcoin.

The American entrepreneur had launched a Bitcoin Real Estate Fund that combines $87.5M in real estate and $15M in Bitcoin. The fund is reportedly 90% subscribed already and plans to add more Bitcoin over the next few years using the cash flow from the real estate.

This method combines the stability of real estate with the potential for huge gains from Bitcoin every year as in DCA (Dollar Cost Average).

How does this work?

Both real estate and Bitcoin are great assets to invest in this economic uncertainty. When governments print too much money, it leads to inflation, and the dollar loses its value. Both real estate and Bitcoin can act as hedges against inflation and also a weakening dollar.

Real estate can appreciate over time, while Bitcoin has shown explosive growth in value, especially with the Trump Admin. Cardone explains, “We remove the volatility by adding the real estate and power the real estate by adding BTC’s volatility.”

The result would be that investors benefit from both worlds. Real estate provides steady cash flow, while Bitcoin’s price increases can give more returns. This approach combines the best of both worlds. “Real estate powered by Bitcoin is changing real estate investing forever,” Cardone opined.
