Net sales grew 21% year over year to $1.98 billion.
Tariff refund reinvestments will lower fourth-quarter gross margins by 100 basis points.
Household penetration among 18- to 24-year-olds grew over 50%.
On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Nov. 4, 2026, SharkNinja (NYSE:SN) reported net sales grew 21% year over year to $1.98 billion. The company is proving it can rapidly launch products across adjacent categories while scaling its global digital presence. Three things management said stand out.
Management's channeling a non-recurring tariff refund into high-return areas like artificial intelligence (AI), retail marketing, and research and development (R&D). Reinvesting those dollars drops fourth-quarter gross margins by about 100 basis points to build momentum for 2027.
We foreshadowed opportunistic reinvestment of a portion of that benefit in targeted areas that support long-term growth. These include retail activation, media, technology, and AI capabilities, along with the acceleration of some R&D efforts.

Expanding social storefronts across 14 countries generates consumer demand that spills over into major physical retailers and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites. Proprietary analytics track viral digital content in real time, letting marketing teams amplify top-performing posts on the same day.
Social commerce represents selling scale we could not have unlocked even 18-24 months ago, all managed using proprietary technology and KPI dashboards that we have developed.
-- Mark Barrocas, Chief Executive Officer
Household penetration among consumers aged 18 to 24 rose over 50% in two years, locking in long-term customer relationships early. At the same time, larger families purchase across multiple product lines, resulting in higher repeat-order density within the home.
When you earn a consumer at an early age, you get the opportunity to grow with them. The college dorm room, the first apartment, getting married, the first home, and more.

Net sales continue accelerating in international territories as distributor-to-direct model conversions take root across Europe. Expanding into 41 subcategories gives the business strong operational levers, keeping adjusted earnings growth ahead of top-line expansion.
Our growth and profitability algorithm remains intact. Importantly, we intend to perpetuate this into next year and beyond.
-- Adam Quigley, Chief Financial Officer
Proprietary software tools, rapid product cycles, and direct retail transitions position the firm for sustained market share gains. Management focuses on disciplined expense control while investing heavily in digital channels to drive durable long-term growth.
Investors constantly wonder how SharkNinja can keep growing at this size, and we continue to deliver.
