On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Oct. 29, 2026, GoDaddy (NYSE:GDDY) announced that annualized bookings for its Airo artificial intelligence product passed $100 million. Automation tools are accelerating product adoption and improving customer retention across small business accounts.

Long-term shareholders care because higher multi-product adoption and cash generation support steady capital return through share repurchases. Three things management said on the call stand out.

1. Airo Adoption Drives Incremental Bookings Growth

GoDaddy made Airo its flagship website product, replacing legacy offerings. Higher starter tier volume and attached credit packs allowed Airo to generate incremental bookings growth that offset product migrations.

Even more encouraging, Airo incrementally contributed to our bookings growth this quarter as its bookings more than offset the impacts of migration of our legacy website products.

2. Multi-Product Adoption Elevates Retention

Cross-selling additional tools remains vital to long-term profitability. Customers who purchase multiple products churn less frequently, meaning lower customer cancellations, and Airo users adopt extra services at a higher rate than the company average.

More than half of our customers have at least 2 paid products, and retention rates remain above 85% and continue to improve. For Airo customers, more than 70% have at least 2 paid products.
-- Mark McCaffrey, Chief Financial Officer

3. Cash Generation Supports Capital Allocation

Operational efficiency across core business lines helped normalized EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, margin expand to 33%. That underlying profitability powered $481 million in quarterly free cash flow.

Our healthy balance sheet gives us flexibility to move quickly as the market evolves. We ended the quarter with $1.1 billion in cash and total liquidity of $2.3 billion.
-- Mark McCaffrey, Chief Financial Officer

Looking Ahead

Direct web traffic and domain registration scale shield the core business as search behavior evolves. Expanding developer tools and maintaining pricing discipline remain central focus areas for future value creation.

We are transforming GoDaddy for an agentic world, and this quarter, we made real progress. Airo is doing more of the work for business owners. Our expanded suite of APIs is making GoDaddy available in the tools where people now build, while our work on identity and discovery is laying the groundwork for businesses to be found and trusted as agents take on more of the customer jobs to be done.
-- Amanpal Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer

High customer retention and automated software features give the business a durable foundation. Expanding product bundles and artificial intelligence capabilities aim to deepen customer relationships over time.

Together, we believe these efforts will continue to make GoDaddy's offering more valuable and mission-critical for our customers.
-- Amanpal Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer

Brent's $115 front month sits $4.6 above January — the $14 spread to WTI is the supply-risk premiumDecember Brent trades at $115.29 while January is $110.71, a $4.58 backwardation.
