On its third-quarter 2026 earnings call, held on Oct. 27, 2026, Robinhood (NASDAQ:HOOD) announced record quarterly revenue of $1.4 billion. Customer adoption across active trading, retail banking, and paid subscriptions is expanding the platform's financial scale.

Three key takeaways from management highlight how the company is driving long-term growth.

1. Core Trading Volume and Platform Assets Reach All-Time Highs

Trading activity across equities, options, and margin accounts surged year over year. Total platform assets reached nearly $400 billion as core brokerage profitability set new records.

First, as Vlad said, the core business is firing on all cylinders. This led to our highest quarter ever for both revenue and adjusted EBITDA and really great to see platform assets were nearly $400 billion.
-- Shiv Verma, Chief Financial Officer

2. Paid Gold Subscriptions Exceed 5 Million Members

Robinhood Gold, the company's paid membership tier offering premium interest rates, grew 34% year over year. Converting lower-tier users into paying subscribers boosts user retention and platform spending.

We've got 5 million Gold subscribers. And that's up over 30% year-over-year, and it's a 4x increase from when we began the journey to revamp the gold program just about 4 years ago.
-- Vladimir Tenev, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

3. On-Chain Blockchain Products Expand Global Infrastructure

The July launch of the Robinhood chain Mainnet, the company's primary blockchain network, expanded its digital asset footprint internationally. High trading volume on the network demonstrates growing user demand for tokenized assets.

On July 1, just a few months ago, we launched the Robinhood chain Mainnet. And in its first quarter, it's already a top 5 chain by volume and revenue.
-- Vladimir Tenev, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Looking Ahead

Deposit inflows are exceeding targets as platform adoption accelerates. Expanding retail banking, international licenses, and automated trading provide structural tailwinds for long-term compounding. Management tracks net deposits, or net customer cash inflows, as its key growth driver.

This brings our total year-to-date net deposits to over $68 billion. This is already a new annual record and north of our 20% growth target with just a few months -- with still a few months to go left in the year.
-- Shiv Verma, Chief Financial Officer

As product velocity accelerates globally, operational discipline remains tied directly to shareholder value.

And as we've shared before, our financial North Star remains the same, maximize earnings per share and free cash flow per share for shareholders over time.
-- Shiv Verma, Chief Financial Officer

Brent's $115 front month sits $4.6 above January — the $14 spread to WTI is the supply-risk premiumDecember Brent trades at $115.29 while January is $110.71, a $4.58 backwardation. The December Brent-WTI spread is $14.2, versus a $3-5 normal. That gap, not the headline, is where the Middle East supply risk is priced. Here is what the curve says, why the December contract's expiry on October 30 will mechanically cut the headline by $4.6, and the 108.81 neckline that decides the next move.
