Sleepagotchi Launches AI Sleep Coach as It Expands Into AI Wellness

Sleepagotchi has launched its AI Sleep Coach MVP and appointed Kenny Wood as CEO, marking a new product phase for the Solana-based wellness platform.

The company started with gamified sleep rewards and now aims to build an AI wellness ecosystem around user-owned health data, wearable integrations, and token-enabled rewards. 

According to the announcement, 78% of users open the app within 10 minutes of waking, while the Telegram-based Lite version has reached 2 million all-time users. During a recent three-week beta, Sleepagotchi generated more than $100,000 in revenue.

The AI Sleep Coach is now available and gives users the first view of the company’s new product direction. Sleepagotchi wants to turn daily wellness data into personalized guidance, rewards, and permissioned value for users who create the data.

Sleep Rewards Become an AI Wellness Product

Sleepagotchi built its first user experience around sleep rewards and gamified habit loops. The next phase expands the same engagement model across AI coaching, wearable data, and wellness services.

The company says users generate valuable biometric and behavioral data every day. Its product strategy gives users more control over this information and adds tools for daily health decisions.

The AI Sleep Coach uses sleep data to help users understand changes in their routine, emerging patterns, and possible next steps. Over time, Sleepagotchi plans to connect this experience with wellness guidance, meal planning, and shopping support.

The model gives Sleepagotchi a wider role in the user’s wellness routine. Rather than leaving sleep data inside a tracker, the platform turns it into guidance users can act on through AI tools and partner services.

AI Sleep Coach Launches as the First Agent

The Sleep Coach MVP is the first product in a planned group of connected AI agents. It focuses on sleep data and personalized feedback.

According to Sleepagotchi, the next agents will support wellness coaching, meal planning, and shopping. The aim is to help users connect daily health data with actions across sleep, diet, exercise, recovery, and wellness purchases.

Sleepagotchi says live wearable integrations are already active across Whoop, Oura, and Apple Watch. These data sources can feed the AI coaching experience and help users build a fuller view of their health behavior over time.

Kenny Wood Joins as CEO

Sleepagotchi has appointed Kenny Wood as CEO for its next phase.

Wood brings more than two decades of experience in games, simulations, and AI-driven creative systems. His background includes work on Transformers, Formula 1, World Rally Championship, Bionicle, and Matt Hoffman’s Pro BMX. He also held leadership roles at VSTEP and Moonlander, where he served as CTO before its acquisition by Alpha 3D.

Founding CEO Anton Kraminkin will become strategic advisor. His focus will include long-term vision, partnerships, and the gamification model behind Sleepagotchi’s early growth.

Shalini Wood and Aditya Julka, investors in Sleepagotchi, are also joining as growth partners. Their work will focus on brand, community, user growth, and product expansion across consumer health and Web3.

User-Owned Health Data 

Sleepagotchi’s new product phase places user-owned health data at the center of its strategy.

Wearables and wellness apps collect large volumes of biometric and behavioral data each day. Sleepagotchi wants users to gain more control over this information and benefit from the value it creates.

The company plans to support permissioned data access across partner campaigns, marketplace activity, AI personalization, and future data opportunities. Users would decide how their data enters these experiences.

The platform’s native $SLEEP token is designed to support AI credits, subscription benefits, staked user levels, gamified rewards, marketplace access, partner campaigns, and future permissioned data use cases.

This gives Sleepagotchi a consumer wellness model linked to token utility. 

Investors Back Sleepagotchi

Sleepagotchi has raised $6.5 million across funding rounds, with participation from investors including Sfermion, Inception, 6th Man Ventures, Collab+Currency, 1kx, Alliance, GSR, and Everyrealm.

Sfermion and Inception both backed the leadership transition, pointing to Sleepagotchi’s consumer engagement and daily use as a foundation for its next phase.

The investor base gives the company support across Web3, consumer apps, gaming, and wellness. The next test is product adoption beyond the original sleep rewards experience.

What’s Next? 

Sleepagotchi’s roadmap now covers AI-powered wellness insights, health management tools, marketplace access, and partner campaigns.

The company plans to build recurring product utility through AI agent credits, subscription benefits, staked user levels, gamified wellness access, and marketplace participation.

The AI Sleep Coach is the first public step in this plan. Sleepagotchi is now expanding its original sleep rewards app into a wider AI wellness platform built around daily engagement, wearable data, and user-owned health value.
