Source Newsbtc

The upgrade opens with a new brand identity and mascot, BENIE, and will extend to the product experience and user engagement in the stages that follow.

November 2, 2026 — Bitbase, a digital asset exchange serving users worldwide, today announced the launch of Bitbase 2.0, a brand-led upgrade under the statement “MARKET FLOWS. WE FOCUS.” The exchange’s new logo and visual identity are now live across the Bitbase app, website and official social channels, together with BENIE, its new mascot.

Built on the foundations of Bitbase 1.0

Since launch, Bitbase has operated under the promise “Trust Through Every Cycle.” During its 1.0 stage, the exchange put the following in place:

  • A product suite spanning Spot, Futures, TradFi and Earn, serving individual and institutional users;
  • Asset coverage that includes major digital assets and those with strong market interest;
  • Registration as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FinCEN in the United States and as a Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) with AUSTRAC in Australia;
  • Monthly Proof of Reserves, with custody security supported by Fireblocks.

A phased upgrade

Bitbase 2.0 will roll out in three stages. The brand upgrade launched today sets the direction for everything that follows. The second stage brings the upgrade into the product experience, including the interface and user journey. The third stage will change how users engage with the platform. Bitbase will announce details of each stage through its official channels.

BENIE, introduced today, will serve as the face of Bitbase in its communication with users and will help introduce the changes that 2.0 brings.

“We chose to start with the brand because it sets the standard for every change that follows,” said Nicholas Lo, Chief Business Officer at Bitbase. “The product experience and user participation will come in turn, and we want users to see each step as part of one consistent direction.”
