The September 17 sale of ServiceTitan stock owned by CEO Ara Mahdessian came a day before shares sank to a 52-week low of $53 on September 18. That said, the disposition was a non-discretionary transaction executed to fulfill tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs, rather than a market-timed investment decision.
