On Holding (NYSE: ONON) was up over 10% on Tuesday after announcing guidance through 2029 and a $1 billion buyback program. This eases some fears that revenue growth was slowing following a guidance reduction when Q2 earnings were released. Management also said they would be entering soccer (following last week's Mbappe signing) and golf, two potentially large markets that also carry high price points and margins. Investor cheered the move and with shares at a below market multiple this is a great opportunity for investors, even after today's move.
