Avalanche Price Prediction: AVAX Surges Toward $12 Mark, Expected to See Another 30% Upside

Source Tradingkey

TradingKey - Avalanche Continues Strong Rebound Toward $12 Level, Potential 30% Upside Ahead.

On September 21, Avalanche (AVAX) continued its recent upward trend, surging up to 20% intraday to approach the $12 mark. This morning, AVAX reached a high of $11.76 before pulling back to $11.10. Over the past seven days, AVAX rallied from around $7.50 to break above $11, accumulating a gain of over 57%, driven mainly by two major catalysts: institutional-grade application deployment and mainnet fundamental improvements brought by upgrades.

In mid-September, Paxos officially deployed its regulated infrastructure on Avalanche, integrating AVAX and native USDC into its services for over 650 global institutional clients and 470 million end users, significantly lowering the threshold for institutional capital to enter the Avalanche ecosystem.

Avalanche has expanded deeply into traditional brokerages and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. European tokenization platform Cashlink, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), New York Life Investment Management, and compliant asset issuers such as Securitize and Socios have successively announced that they will choose Avalanche for the tokenized settlement of compliant securities and sports equity.

Avalanche conducted its Helicon mainnet upgrade on September 22, shortening the validator/delegator staking unbonding period from 14 days to 2 days, significantly enhancing capital flexibility. Furthermore, the upgrade gradually lowers the staking reward curve, with annual new AVAX token issuance expected to decrease by approximately 0.5%–1%, easing market expectations of long-term selling pressure.

If AVAX successfully breaks through $12, calculations based on Fibonacci extensions and previous high-volume consolidation zones put the next stage target around $15, corresponding to potential upside of about 30%. However, as AVAX approached $12, increased selling pressure caused the price to pull back after spiking high, making a short-term retest of the $10 support level (formerly resistance) possible. As long as this range holds, the overall bullish structure remains intact.
