Company Snapshot

RadNet offers outpatient diagnostic imaging services such as MRI, CT, PET scans, mammography, ultrasound, and related procedures. The company also provides AI-driven imaging software and IT solutions for medical diagnostics.

It generates revenue primarily through patient imaging services and technology solutions sold to healthcare providers. It leverages a network of owned and managed imaging centers across multiple U.S. states.

The company combines a broad portfolio of imaging modalities with proprietary AI and IT solutions to support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.

Foolish take

RadNet shares soared over 30% to over $70 in August on the back of positive Q2 earnings results. Depending on which month Harbor Capital made its sale, the move could be down to profit-taking. SEC filings show the investment firm originally bought RadNet in Q2 2024, when the average share price was $54.28.

But that's only part of the story. Harbor Capital's filings also show the firm dramatically increased its holdings in two international ETFs. As of the end of Q3, 2025, it held $38.43 million in the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, up from $6.16 million in Q2. It also increased its position in the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF from $1.87 million to $28.28 million. The fund focuses on large and mid-cap companies outside the U.S.

Those holdings are now its second and third largest positions, making up over 5% of its AUM. It looks like the firm is diversifying globally. This fits with a broader trend of investors who want to balance their U.S. shareholdings, whether that's because of a weak dollar, concentration fears, or uncertainty concerns.
