1.These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) form the basis of the promotion to participate in the Mitrade Global Pty Ltd Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Mitrade Global Pty Ltd (“Mitrade”, ABN 90 149 011 361, AFSL No 398528) is the provider of this Promotion. Mitrade reserves the right to vary or cancel any of these Terms at any time, subject to applicable laws with or without prior notice.

2. The terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Mitrade Global Pty Ltd Product Disclosure Statement (the “PDS”) and/or Client Agreement (the “CA”), and references to the PDS and/or CA below shall be construed accordingly.

3. Mitrade will offer this Promotion to all new and existing customers during the period of the Registration in condition 5.

4. You can choose to participate the Promotion and the day you give us consent is the Registration Day. You can choose to participate the level of this Promotion, however the amount of bonus is determined as per Condition 9.

(Example: Customers register for the promotion on March 1, 2020. The period of the promotion is from March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020).
(1) The counting period of Cumulative Deposit is 7 days from the registration day.
(2) The counting period of Required Trading points is 60 days from the registration day.

7.The relevant bonus becomes available for withdrawal as soon as you satisfy the requirements of Cumulative Deposits and the Required Trading Points (“TPs”) as defined in the Bonus Table below within 60 calendar days from the registration day (the “Required Trading Period”).

8.“Required Trading Points” is calculated as per the Symbol and TP Table and includes all trades placed during the Required Trading Period. In general, 1 lot in Commodities is counted as 1 Trading Point (TP) and 1 lot in Indices and other markets is counted as 0.2 TP. Trading Points are awarded only based on closed positions. For example, opening a position of 1 lot GBP/USD and closing the same position is counted as 1 lot in total.

9.The level of your Cumulative Deposits will determine the highest level of the Promotion that you participate in. But the Bonus Amount will be determined by a combination of your Cumulative Deposits and Required TPs. If your Required TPs reach a higher level but the Cumulative Deposits reach the lower level, you will receive the lower level of the Bonus Amount. If the Required TPs reach a lower level but the Cumulative Deposits reach the higher level, you will receive the lower level of the Bonus Amount.
For example, if you have satisfied the level 2 Cumulative Deposits requirement and you have satisfied the level 1 TP, you will participate in level 1 and the bonus amount you will receive is $60 accordingly.

10. The bonus will be deposited into your trading account at the end of the promotion period or if requested by you provided the cumulative deposits and required trading point requirements have been met, and is available for trade or withdrawal as displayed in the platform for your reference.

11. “Cumulative Deposits” is defined as the cumulative deposit amount counting for 7 days from the registration day.

12.The Required Trading Points under condition 7 must be satisfied during the Required Trading Period in order to receive the bonus. Bonus will be cancelled if you have not satisfied the Required Trading Points after the Required Trading Period as displayed in the platform for your reference.

13.Any request submitted to make a withdrawal during the period of Promotion is deemed as a voluntary opt-out of this Promotion and as a result the remainder of the bonus will be withdrawn.

14.You are at liberty to opt out from this Promotion at any time. If you have satisfied both the Cumulative Deposits and the Required TP, and request to withdraw the applicable bonus before the end of your Required Trading Period (i.e. the 60th day after your Registration Day), we will process such request and such withdrawal request will be considered as voluntary opt-out from this Promotion.

15.After an opt-out from the Promotion, all of your existing Cumulative Deposits and Trading Points will be cleared as zero.

16.You are at liberty to re-Register in this Promotion at any time during the period of the Registration Day.

17. All trading decision are yours. Mitrade will not be held liable for any losses incurred on your account under this Promotion. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms, will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

18.This Promotion and any obligations of Mitrade pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it, or who breach PDS or CA. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the trade, and to cancel or withdraw the promotion at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the Promotion.

19.If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms.

20.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and shall by subject to the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
